A message from the Rector
Welcome to Sam Ratulangi University, one of the largest universities in the Eastern part of Indonesia. We offer a wide range of study programs under eleven faculties. These faculties are: Medicine, Engineering, Agriculture, Animal Sciences, Fishery and Marine Science, Economics and Business, Law, Social and Political Sciences, Cultural Studies, Math and Natural Sciences, and Public Health. At post graduate level, we offer fourteen study programs of Masters, five study programs of Doctoral, two profession programs, and twelve further specializations in the field of medicine. There are also several Technical Implementation Units (UPT), namely Laboratory Center, Printing and Publishing Center, Language Development and Training Center, International Affairs Office, Library, Guidance & Counseling Center, and Information, Technology and Communication (ITC) Center. Integrated institutions within the university consists of Learning Development (LP3), Quality Assurance (LPM), and Research and Community Outreach (LPPM).
